In line with SDG 1 (No Poverty) and SDG 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth), this event aims to show teenagers, particularly secondary school finalists, that success is no longer solely determined by conventional higher education but also by skill acquisition especially in the evolving vocational industry and adaptability in an ever-changing job market.

Ms Isiaq Aishat Abidemi is a seasoned educator and school administrator with seven years of experience in the teaching profession. She currently serves as the Principal of Fortress Academy, Bola Area, Ojoo, Ibadan.

Aishat holds a degree from the National Open University of Nigeria and a diploma from The Polytechnic, Ibadan. Her commitment to community development and youth empowerment is evident in her active membership with the National Youth Council of Nigeria and Nasrudeen Society.

She is also a committee member in the Project “Entrepreneurship and Employability skills Training where over 2000 Youth in Oyo State were benefited.

Lawal Tomiwa– Award-Winning Interior Designer, Consultant & Public Speaker.

He is the founder of Lawow Interiors, a leading brand known for creating sophisticated and functional spaces. As a design consultant and public speaker, he helps real estate investors, tech professionals, and homeowners maximize the potential of their spaces through strategic design.

His leadership and industry impact have earned him recognition as “Entrepreneur of the Year” (Cool Entertainment, 2022) and a spot among the “Notable 23 of 2023” (Media Watch).

Beyond design, he is passionate about mentorship and social impact, serving as a sponsor of Black Girls Tale, an organization dedicated to empowering young women and promoting quality education.

Faniran Ifeoluwa Gloria is a passionate advocate for the rights and empowerment of people with albinism. As the founder of Iretiola Albinism Unity Network, she is dedicated to promoting inclusion, building self-esteem, and ensuring equal opportunities for people with albinism through advocacy, education, and capacity-building programs.

Driven by her personal experiences with bullying and discrimination, Ifeoluwa works to create safe spaces where individuals with and without albinism can learn, grow, and thrive together. She leads initiatives such as organizing workshops for children and youth, education outreach campaigns against bullying, and cyberbullying awareness programs for marginalized youth.

Through her work, she envisions a society where every child, regardless of their background or condition, has the opportunity to fulfill their potential and live with dignity.

Oyeniyi Ayobami is a smart and hardworking entrepreneur and the CEO of Raizstars Multiventures. He studied Accounting at Moshood Abiola Polythenic but started his business journey even before graduating.

His love for beautiful spaces led him to interior design, where he helps people create stylish and comfortable homes. At the same time, his passion for cars turned into a successful business, connecting buyers with quality vehicles.

With a sharp mind for business and a drive to succeed, Oyeniyi continues to grow his ventures, inspiring others to follow their dreams and take bold steps toward success.

Mayowa is a passionate advocate for leveraging technology to drive educational empowerment. Since 2019, he has led an NGO focused on equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the digital age.

His current project, Ibadan Emerging Leader in Technology (Ibelt), aims to bridge the technology gap by providing learning opportunities for aspiring tech professionals. Beyond his NGO work, Mayowa is an aspiring web developer dedicated to building impactful digital solutions.

He is currently undergoing a 30-day coding challenge to improve his programming skills and stay consistent in his learning journey.

Omotehinse Hannah is a passionate entrepreneur who believes that education and vocational skills go hand in hand. She studied Music Technology at The Polytechnic and Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria, but she didn’t stop there. Despite her academic achievements, she embraced hands-on skills to create multiple streams of income.

Her journey into entrepreneurship began with catering in 2018, turning her love for food into a thriving business. In 2020, she expanded her skills into weaving craftsmanship and shoe-making, proving that practical skills are just as valuable as formal education. With a deep passion for music since 2011, she continues to express herself through her art.

Hannah is passionate about inspiring young minds and also to keep telling her story as a testament of power, combining knowledge with skill, showing that true success comes from both learning and doing.
